Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who accesses cybrvault.com, its forms, its APIs, or the free website security scan. It supplements our Terms of Service; paid engagements are additionally governed by the signed agreement, rules of engagement, and authorization letter for that engagement.

You may only submit a domain to the free scanner if you own it or have documented authorization from the owner to test it. Using the scanner for reconnaissance against third parties, competitor probing, or any unauthorized assessment is prohibited and may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, Florida Statutes ch. 815, and equivalent laws.

Do not: attempt unauthorized access to the site or its backend; probe, scan, or stress-test our infrastructure without written permission; bypass rate limits, bot protection, or authentication; submit malware, malicious payloads, or injection strings; scrape at volume or resell our content; impersonate others or submit false contact details; use forms for spam, harassment, or unsolicited commercial messages; or use the site to violate any law or third-party right.

Do not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or extract system prompts from AI-assisted features, use them to generate unlawful or harmful content, or submit personal data of others into them. See our AI Disclaimer.

Free tools are rate limited per IP and per identifier, and are intended for occasional evaluation, not automated or bulk use. Automated querying, queueing, or resale of the scanner is not permitted.

Report abuse or a suspected vulnerability to info@cybrvault.com (see also our security.txt). We may block IPs, revoke access, remove submissions, and refer serious matters to law enforcement — with or without notice.
