Security, privacy & data practices

This page is maintained by Cybrvault to answer common security and privacy questions about cybrvault.com. It describes current, app-visible practices — it is not an independent audit or certification.

Last updated: June 17, 2026

Shared responsibility

cybrvault.com runs on a managed hosting and backend platform. Platform-level controls (network, runtime, managed database, TLS termination) are operated by our hosting provider; the configuration, content, and application logic on this site are operated by Cybrvault.

Customer engagements governed by a separate written agreement follow the terms of that agreement, not this page.

Encryption in transit

All traffic to cybrvault.com is served over HTTPS with modern TLS provided by our hosting provider. Form submissions from the contact page are transmitted over the same TLS connection.

Authentication & access

This marketing site does not require visitors to create an account. Administrative access to the underlying hosting, backend, and DNS accounts is limited to Cybrvault personnel and protected with strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where supported by the provider.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email, phone, company, and message you provide so we can respond to your inquiry. We do not sell personal information.

Standard server and request logs (such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps) may be generated by our hosting provider for operational and security purposes.

Hosting & subprocessors

We rely on a small number of vendors to deliver this site, including a managed hosting and backend platform, an email delivery provider for contact-form notifications, and our domain/DNS registrar. Vendors process data only as needed to provide their service.

For a current list of subprocessors used for a specific engagement, contact us at info@cybrvault.com.

Cookies & analytics

cybrvault.com uses only the cookies and local storage required for the site to function correctly. We do not deploy third-party advertising trackers on this site. If analytics or additional tooling is added in the future, this page will be updated.

Retention & deletion

Contact-form submissions are retained for the period needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and afterwards in accordance with our internal records retention practices and applicable law.

To request deletion of an inquiry you sent us, email info@cybrvault.com from the address you used to contact us.

Privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise a right, email info@cybrvault.com and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue affecting cybrvault.com, please report it privately to info@cybrvault.com with steps to reproduce. Please do not run automated vulnerability scans, attempt to access other users' data, or perform any testing that could degrade the service. We will acknowledge legitimate reports and work in good faith to address verified issues.
