Nothing on this site is sold online
cybrvault.com does not process payments, store card details, or sell subscriptions through the website. The free security scan, the newsletter, and the consultation form are free. All paid work starts with a written proposal and a signed agreement, which controls if it conflicts with this page.
Quotes and deposits
Project work (assessments, penetration tests, incident response, installations, web design) is quoted as a fixed fee or a not-to-exceed range in a statement of work. Projects typically require a deposit of up to 50% to schedule, with the balance due on delivery. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Recurring services and renewal
Managed monitoring, vCISO, and support retainers are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled. We notify you in advance of any price change, effective at your next renewal.
Cancellation
Cancel a recurring service by emailing info@cybrvault.com at least 30 days before the next renewal date; service continues through the end of the paid term and is not prorated. Scheduled project work cancelled fewer than 5 business days before the start date may incur a rescheduling fee covering reserved engineer time. You may cancel a consultation booking at any time at no cost.
Refunds
Deposits become non-refundable once scoping, scheduling, or testing has begun. Fees for work already performed, hours already delivered, and third-party hardware, licenses, or subscriptions purchased on your behalf are non-refundable. If we cannot deliver a contracted deliverable, we refund the unearned portion. Emergency incident response is billed for time and materials expended and is not refundable.
Invoices, late payment, and disputes
Invoices are due net 15 unless the agreement says otherwise; overdue balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the legal maximum) and work may be paused. Dispute a charge in good faith within 30 days by emailing info@cybrvault.com and we will investigate before escalation. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.
