By accessing cybrvault.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these terms.

The scanner performs passive checks on publicly reachable information (such as HTTPS configuration and response headers) and produces an automated summary. You may only scan domains you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You must not use it for unauthorized testing, reconnaissance against third parties, or any activity prohibited by law.

Results are informational, generated in part by automated and AI systems, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not a penetration test, audit, certification, or guarantee of security. Usage is rate limited and may be withdrawn at any time.

Submitting the consultation form is a request, not a confirmed appointment; we confirm scheduling by email or phone. You confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. By submitting, you consent to be contacted about your request. Bookings are currently accepted from clients located in the United States.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its backend, probe or disrupt the service, submit malicious content or spam, scrape at volume, bypass rate limits or bot protection, or use the site to violate any law or third-party right. We may block or restrict access for any of these reasons.

Site content, including articles and guides, is owned by Cybrvault and provided for general information only. It is not legal, compliance, or engineering advice for your specific situation. You may share and quote with attribution and a link, but not republish substantial portions as your own.

The site relies on third-party hosting, email, bot-protection, and AI providers and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties.

The site and the free scan are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Cybrvault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the site or the free scan.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
