How Cybrvault collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through cybrvault.com.

Last updated: July 27, 2026

Who we are

Cybrvault is a cybersecurity and physical security firm based in Miami, Florida. For any privacy question or request, contact info@cybrvault.com. Cybrvault is the data controller for information submitted through this website.

What we collect

Information you submit. When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, organization, preferred appointment date and time window, the service you are interested in, and any message you write. Newsletter signups collect your email address only.

Technical information. We record the IP address and browser user-agent attached to a submission for fraud and abuse prevention, plus standard server logs.

Free security scan. If you use the website security scanner, we process the URL you enter and the public response headers of that site.

Why we use it (legal bases)

To respond to your enquiry and provide requested services (performance of a contract or steps taken at your request); to prevent spam, bot abuse, and fraudulent submissions (legitimate interests); to send you the newsletter you asked for (consent, withdrawable at any time); and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

Service providers

We use a managed cloud hosting and database platform to run this site and store submissions, an email delivery provider to send notifications and confirmations, Google reCAPTCHA for bot protection (subject to Google's privacy policy and terms), and an AI provider to generate plain-language summaries in the free security scan. Providers process data on our instructions only.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. Google reCAPTCHA sets cookies necessary for bot detection. Where analytics is enabled, it is used in aggregate to understand page performance, not to profile individuals.

Retention

Consultation requests and related correspondence are retained for up to 24 months from last contact unless a client relationship requires longer retention. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe. Security scan inputs are not retained as a browsable history beyond the operational notification and logs.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, email info@cybrvault.com. We respond within 30 days (or 45 days where permitted under the CCPA). You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message.

Security and international transfers

Traffic is served over HTTPS, submissions are stored in a managed database that is not publicly readable, and secrets stay server-side. See our Trust Center for details. Our providers may process data in the United States; where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Children and changes

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

This page is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. See also our Terms of Service.
